Gaeta shows a curve-based response fan, Pelagie keeps its single inner relay fixed while one sensing vessel extends from the outer ring, monitors a detected contact at a controlled distance, then returns to the ring. The red connection route appears only while overlapping coverage creates an unbroken path to Lampedusa; the sequence also includes an illustrative LoRa fallback. Taranto uses an overlapping wind-farm ring linked to an outer weather chain. Pulsing rings are georeferenced to a 10-kilometre radius (20-kilometre diameter) and animated routes represent data relay.
